Raw Indian Wavy Bundles
1. If you do not like the product, please contact us within 7 days and we will refund your money or can exchange the products of the same value once the product has been received back.
2. If we shipped wrong items/colors or there is any quality problem, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide a photo/video of problem and we can exchange the same item(s). If you have not contacted us within 7 days, we cannot exchange or refund your money.
3. All hair must be returned in original condition, we will not be in charge of any manmade damages.
The processing time once received takes 24-48 hours. Once the order is processed, shipping takes 3-5 business days during week days. Any products ordered on the weekend will be shipped on the next working business day.
